POES always provides prompt service, i.e. the employers and the employees are given immediate response and assistance in an optimal way.
Deployment within time:
The employees will be deployed to the appointed jobs within a specified time.
Day to day status update:
It becomes our moral duty to have a rigorous peep at those who are deployed through us.
Thus, we generally keep day to day update of everybody who is working in other countries
by having direct contact with the employers or the mediators.
Interpersonal relation :
We believe that keeping relation is better than making one. There is a personal relation with every company giving employment and with workforce and his family.
Limited working hours:
There will be 8 hours of working period to the maximum for which the basic salary should be provided. If there be need for extra working hours extra payment will be provided undoubtedly by the employers.
Substitution of workers:
If the worker is found to be negligent and does not improve even after suggesting time and again, then necessary substitution will be made at our own cost.
Apart from all these points discussed above we follow the rules and regulations set by Nepal Government, Ministry of Labour and Transport Management.
